Moon Marketing & Advertising, a well-established boutique advertising agency/production company (30 years) is seeking a Junior Multimedia Producer/Designer

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION!

After 2 years with us you will be ready for just about anything!

Duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide video for multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email, retail and other collateral pieces.

• Operate digital video equipment, including computers, cameras and lighting.
• Update Content/Design on Websites (working knowledge of Web, Photoshop & Illustrator

needed)
• Develop creative content that will best achieve identified goals.
• Coordinate production of creative content, taking projects from concept to completion while

adhering to client branding guidelines.
• Execute filming and editing of videos.
• Upload and manage videos to YouTube, Vimeo, our servers and other hosting platforms. • Work with stakeholders during pre-production and production when necessary.
• Maintain and update video archives.
• Research industry trends and best practices for video production, design and marketing. • Occasional overnight travel possible extended hours, as needed.
• Other multimedia production duties as required.

What we are really looking for:

• Excellent work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new things
• Basic knowledge in video production, a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Demo reel that demonstrates good range of commercial videography and design demonstrating

artistic talent as well as technical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of: digital videography systems; PC and Macintosh computer systems,

including server based workflow; Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects,

Photo Shop, Illustrator etc.
• Basic level of experience/knowledge in other applications such as PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel,

etc.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail, accuracy,

and schedules.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well as a team player.
• Photography producing experience a plus
• Ability and willingness to take on responsibilities and/or tasks not specifically assigned.
