Part-Time Program Teachers Wanted: Emotions, Dreams, Mens Work, Nature

Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference? We are a small non-profit focused on emotional intelligence in service of human society and the climate crisis. We are looking for (2) part time (ten hours a week) teachers to join our dynamic team and help with this transformational work.

1. Emotional Versatility (EV) workshops
2. Dream Work groups
3. Men’s Work with a focus on emotional language
4. Nature Related Experience

About the Role:
• Hours: 10 hours per week (5 hours teaching + 5 hours prep)
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (depending on program)

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate small classes and group workshops (both in-person and online).
• Teach according to pre-prepared materials.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop additional program offerings, including emotionally focused men's and women's groups.
• Assist in creating innovative programs centered on fostering relationships with nature.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings.
• Attracting and supporting potential volunteers

Qualifications:
• Teaching experience (formal or informal).
• Background in psychology, mental health, or education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational skills.
• Passion for personal development and working with diverse groups.
