Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Come join Julbo as our Customer Service Representative! We’re located in the Hula Building off Pine Street in Burlington. Join our growing team of outdoor enthusiasts. As the Customer Service Representative, you will manage customers relations and support customer sales, resolve warranty and repair issues, answer questions, enter orders and make sure all customers receive quality care. This includes making sure all customer communications, content and reviews on the web and our website all align with a positive brand image as much as reasonably possible. The Customer Service Representative will manage and process warranty and returns from both B2C and B2B customers and you will answer phones and communicate directly to B2B and B2C customers. Key responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Customer Service Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, through our ERP Netsuite and directly through our web chat
• Answers phones between 9:00-4:30
• Process customer and dealer warranty and returns requests
• Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate solution
• Improve customer service and sales experience and engage with customers to facilitate organic growth
• Take ownership of customers and dealer issues and follow through with problems to resolution
• Responsible for managing all direct B2B and B2C orders, ie. dealer, consumer, pro, etc.
  • Pro orders are to be directed to OPL and/or ExpertVoice
  • Pro order warranties will be processed by Customer and Dealer Sales Representative
• Oversee PR agency requests and process media and public relation orders

• Keen understanding of web systems
• Outgoing, excellent verbal and written skills with an ability to work independently and collectively
• Proficient with Windows Office
• Naturally organized with the ability to manage several projects at once
