We are seeking a motivated and dynamic experienced Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential customers through outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and generating leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology sales, experience with ZoomInfo, and the ability to work efficiently on a computer.

• Start: January 2025

• Pay: $20/hr.
• Bonus: After 3 months of successful performance based on the number of viable opportunities generated.
• Paid about every 2 weeks with regular company payroll.
• Hours: 20 hours weekly, Monday-Wednesday 6-7 hours each day.
• Company computer is monitored for work hours and productivity. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to find opportunities for the sales team.
• Send professional emails to encourage setting an appointment with the sales team.
• Utilize effective communication techniques to convey high level product benefits and features.
• Build rapport with potential customers in order to set a meeting with the sales team.
• Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
• Work on target accounts to establish contact information and interest in an online demo with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing is required.
• Excellent verbal communication in English. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Phone sales skills with the ability to understand and explain basic technology.
• Mastery of outbound calling techniques and telemarketing best practices.
• A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documenting interactions.
• Work from a company provided computer using Microsoft Teams, CRM, and ZoomInfo or similar platform.
