Put ‘em away.
Fry and Shake as directed

Training: $18 - $20/hr ($15 base)
Once independent $21 - $23/hr ($18 base rate)
$.50 raise per six months with cap of $23 - $25/hr ($20 base rate)
Prep food including communicating to other staff members what needs to be done.
Cook food to order.
Maintain appropriate tone and pace in kitchen no matter the level of service.
Run food to customers in the dark, without disturbing their moviegoing experience which means learning our seating chart and auditorium layout.
Note issues and bring concerns to management.
Keep an eye and ear out for issues in the auditoriums with sound, image, or audience experience. If you see a problem you can fix, fix it. If you can’t fix it find a management team member who can.
Same with the supplies in the kitchen, if items are low or need to be put away, make it happen or ensure management knows it needs to happen.
Communicate throughout shift, before and after with all other employees as needed to get the work done.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness independently as directed by management team. Prep food independently and as directed by Kitchen Manager.
Communicate during service.
Support dishwasher in washing dishes as needed.
Assist in the putting away of supplies and tools independently and as directed.

Super Part Timers – 5 - 10 hours a week
$13 - $15 ($10 base)
$1 raise per year with cap of $17 - $20 ($12 base)
Greet and inform everyone who walks in, at the concession stand and at the box office.
Maintain a friendly, warm demeanor with all guests; people take a chance when they try a new movie theater and if we are grumpy or seem burnt out, we've lost our shot to earn and keep their business.
Move seamlessly between concession stand and box office as scheduled and directed.
Provide information to guests, which means knowing our schedule and menu inside and out.
Sell ‘em tickets or check their tickets and move them along, taking their orders quickly as a cashier or backing up a cashier.
Use a point of sale system quickly and efficiently.
Independently and as directed by Management Team maintain awareness of the passage of time and close doors to auditorium, check picture and sound when movie starts.
Lead bussing of auditoriums, communicating effectively to all staff available.
Attend to the cleanliness of public areas.

Assess orders for accuracy resolving any issues before customers see ‘em.
