WE’RE HIRING Wedding Coordinators for the 2025 season and beyond.

Wedding season is May-October, Fridays and Saturdays.  The ideal coordinator will manage and work 5-6 weddings for the 2025 year and become more seasoned with additional weddings for the 2026 year.  Most weddings take place in the Manchester area.

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves weddings and people
• Has planning experience
• Has great attention to detail
• Has strong administrative skills
• Is highly organized
• Willing to learn
• Is a self starter
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Rolls up their sleeves up and works hard (because while weddings are mostly glitz and glamor, there is plenty of hard work to do, too).
• Works weekends (our couples get married on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Able to stay calm under pressure, identify problems, and provide effective solutions.
• Displays a "can-do" attitude with energy and enthusiasm.

Wedding Coordinators Responsibilities:

• Manage a vendor team, venue as well as clients on wedding day
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of wedding, including ceremonies, receptions, and related events
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met
• Manage timelines and schedules to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and team members to coordinate all event details.
• Setup tables, chairs, linens, clients personal items on wedding day
• Manage guest flow and experience
• Manage floorplans, guest count and seating assignments
• Inspire, lead, and manage both staff and vendors, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
