Camp Cre8 is seeking passionate, dedicated college students and alumni—especially those with backgrounds in Child Development, Psychology, Education, Kinesiology, or related fields—to serve as Coaches and Mentors in our Inclusive Special Needs Program. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience working with children and young adults of all abilities in a supportive, engaging, and creative environment.

As a Coach, you will play a vital role in fostering inclusion, building meaningful relationships, and supporting participants through recreational, educational, and social development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in inclusive recreational activities designed for individuals with diverse abilities
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to participants
• Encourage positive social interactions, teamwork, and confidence-building
• Support adaptive physical education activities and movement-based programming
• Facilitate activities in creativity, STEM, and educational enrichment
• Serve as a mentor and role model, promoting personal growth and independence
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
• Communicate effectively with staff, participants, and families when needed
