We are seeking a bilingual, driven, and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team at Grand Builders General Construction. If you are passionate about the construction industry, have hands-on experience, and can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, quality, and budgets are met.
Client and Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and subcontractors. Maintain strong relationships and ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Procore, Team Gantt, or other project management software. Coordinate resources, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on track.
Documentation & Reporting: Review and manage project plans, submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and procurement processes. Ensure all documents are accurately completed and submitted on time.
Permit Management: Handle all necessary permit filings and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Software Proficiency: Use Bluebeam, Google Sheets, Excel, and other construction management software to read plans, create reports, and track progress.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must (written and spoken).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading construction plans, Bluebeam, Procore, Google Sheets, and Excel.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: High level of organization and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
Ability to Handle Deadlines: Must be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive: Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt to changing project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with change orders, submittals, and procurement processes.
Familiarity with permit processes and compliance with local regulations.
Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects at once.
