Job Summary:
Metro Brokers Florida is searching for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to develop engaging and persuasive content for our marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll craft copy that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand identity, from real estate listings to social media posts and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong command of language, a knack for storytelling, and an understanding of the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, compelling copy for a variety of platforms, including website content, social media, email campaigns, and print materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create concepts that effectively communicate our brand message
• Create, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines
• Craft engaging property descriptions and promotional materials that highlight unique features and attract potential clients
• Conduct research to understand the local real estate market, audience preferences, and competitive landscape
• Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic
• Ensure a consistent voice and tone across all communication channels
• Assist in developing content strategies that support our marketing and client acquisition goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• 1-2 years of copywriting experience, preferably in real estate or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and excellent grammar skills
• Ability to create content that engages a diverse audience
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices is a plus
• Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for storytelling
