Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum requirement of intermediate Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
6 months experience in customer service preferred
Typing speed of 25 WPM required
Strong verbal, listening and written communications skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills required
Excellent attendance history is required
Must pass mandatory background checks which may include pre-screenings, illegal drug tests and credit check
