Junkman Removal & Disposal Services is a locally owned junk removal and hauling company based in Clinton, Maryland. Since 2016, we’ve been serving residential, commercial, and HOA communities with reliable, professional, and customer-first service. We currently manage a small HOA trash and recycling collection contract in Crofton, MD, and are looking for dependable contractors to join our on-call crew.

We are seeking hardworking and reliable independent contractors to assist with weekly trash and recycling collection services for a Crofton HOA community. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that requires lifting, carrying, and safely handling bulk items, bags, and bins. You will be working alongside our team lead to ensure the community is serviced on schedule.

Note: This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. You are not being hired as an employee of Junkman Removal & Disposal Services. Contractors may accept or decline assignments and are paid per job/route completed.

Collect and dispose of bagged household trash and recycling from HOA community residents.

Safely lift, load, and transport materials to the collection truck or disposal site.

Maintain a clean and professional work appearance while representing the Junkman brand.

Follow instructions from the team lead and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Report completion of routes with photos and/or supervisor sign-off.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to the job site in Crofton, MD or Clinton, MD.

Strong work ethic and ability to arrive on time.

Team-player attitude — must work well alongside a crew lead.

Contractors are responsible for their own transportation, PPE (gloves, boots, etc.), and managing their taxes.

Previous labor, landscaping, moving, or junk removal experience is a plus (not required).

Tuesdays: Trash collection (morning shift, approx. 3–4 hours).

Fridays: Recycling collection (morning shift, approx. 3–4 hours).

Additional junk removal jobs may be offered during the week within a 30-minute radius of Clinton, MD.

Flexible on-call scheduling: contractors may accept or decline jobs as available.

$120–$150 per day (depending on route size and performance).

Paid as 1099 independent contractor income (workers are responsible for their own taxes).

Payments via Zelle and or Cash App

Paid on same day, end of business day by 7pm.
