Responsibilities and Duties:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing Customer inquiries promptly.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts, upsell services, and secure repeat business
• Oversee the order process from start to finish, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time according to client specifications.
• Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to resolve them efficiently
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the sales and marketing teams to drive strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfort with technology, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain flexible under changing conditions.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to walk, stand, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel parts. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Ear protection may be required for certain processes. Closed-toed shoes and eye protection are required for all activity on the shop floor.
