Job Summary
Trifecta Medical is growing in the medical sterilization industry. We design and manufacture medical sterilization trays and caddies for medical instruments.

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others. This role involves various tasks related to assembly, fabrication, and general labor within a manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Attention to details.
• Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting.
• Working with your hands.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to take directions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Support warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate forklifts as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge will be beneficial in performing tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
