Model Home Interiors is seeking Senior and Junior Designers to join our Elkridge, Maryland team. With 40+ years in business, MHI is an award winning Model Home Design firm in Maryland and North Carolina. Creating Models, Sales Offices and Clubhouse’s for most of the nation’s top Home Builders up and down the east coast. Senior Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design
• 5 year working experience in Residential/Commercial with Model Home Industry experience as a plus
• Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Suite
• Must be able to travel - Percentage based on work load
• Interior architectural space planning and design
• Knowledge in FF&E material selections and specifications
• Millwork design and detail drawings
• A resume and portfolio are required to be considered for this position.
• This is primarily an in-office position with flexibility
• Salary Commensurate with experience

Junior Designer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design
• Proficiency in CAD, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Suite
• Must be able to Travel - Approximately 30-40% of the year
