We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter to join our fun and motivated team here at Green Wave Solar. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team using our lead generating programs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving our business forward. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on technical sales and customer service.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
• Utilize market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
• Negotiate terms and set clear expectations with potential clients during initial conversations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to closing sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and following up with leads as necessary.

Skills

• Strong technical sales skills with the ability to understand and explain complex products or services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a knack for persuasive speaking.
• Proven experience in inside sales or outbound calling environments.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with market trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
