Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the quality of life for clients. The BCBA will work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure effective support and progress.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and behaviors.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic support.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management strategies.
  • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficient in maintaining medical records while adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health services.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $75.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
