We are seeking a part time individual to do general repairs and duties throughout our 10-acre complex of 76 condo owners.

Duties are as follows, (but not limited to):

Siding repair and replacement

Replacing outdoor light bulbs and fixtures

Daily pool testing and oversight of the pool facility

Doing repairs to owner fences and staining

Brush trimming as necessary

Power washing facilities and buildings as needed

Maintain adequate supply of salt in car port buckets

Assist vendor in snow removal and salting as needed

Clean and maintain HOA work and storage areas and equipment

Supervise and work with summer college students on projects

Report to management, progress of vendors working on projects

Anticipated hours per week 25-30 hours.
