Overview
At our office, we’re committed to providing excellent patient care — without sacrificing the well-being of our team. We offer a schedule and environment that support a healthy work-life balance, because we know how important it is to have time for yourself and the people you care about.

You’ll be joining a close-knit, supportive team, including two long-time hygienists who are not only experienced but genuinely enjoy mentoring and welcoming others. Whether you’re newer to the field or a seasoned hygienist ready for a fresh start, this is a place where you’ll feel appreciated and at home.

We offer flexible and shortened hours, including:

  • Fridays off early at 1:00 PM
  • Summer hours: 7:30AM-3:30PM (Mon, Tues, Thurs), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Wed), 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (Fri) -June through end of August
  • Regular hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mon), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Tues, Wed & Thurs), 8:00 AM–1:00 PM (Fri) - September through June

To make sure you can do your best work without feeling rushed, we typically schedule at least one hour for recall appointments and 1.5 hours for two-quadrant SRPs — and we’re happy to adjust as needed, especially for new grads who need a little extra time while getting comfortable.

We’ve built a calm, friendly, and down-to-earth practice — no burnout culture here. If you’re looking for a steady, positive environment where you can simply do the work you love and feel good at the end of the day, we’d love to connect.
