AMC Services, LLC is looking to EXPAND our team in the New Jersey area

We are a leading water hygiene company specializing primarily in maintaining cooling towers for hospitals, large skyscrapers, and other commercial buildings across New Jersey and the surrounding areas. Our commitment to excellence and safety ensures that our clients receive top-quality service that meets the highest industry standards.

The primary responsibility of this role is to perform thorough power washing and cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:

This job consists of early starts, some later nights, occasional overnight work, overtime when available, and sometimes a road trip or two (volunteer basis)!

Basic Requirements:

1. You have a valid driver's license and a personal vehicle that can get you to the designated meeting location.

2. You can commit to showing up on time for early mornings (as early as 4:30am) every day you are scheduled.

3. You are reliable and have a smartphone for scheduling and communication. We utilize Gmail, Dropbox, OneDrive, Adobe etc.

Laborer experience is a plus, but no worries, we offer on the job training! Our teams are committed to share their knowledge, coach and mentor one another, and maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to perform the physical, essential, duties of the position which include, but are not limited to lifting, scooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, talking, and hearing (listening).

Ability to haul equipment up/down ladders

Ability to work in high place

Ability to work in small spaces

Early starts to the day with some late nights

Under certain circumstances respirators will be required to be worn

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Trade School a Plus

Must be 18 years of age or older

Background check is required

Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 60 per week
