SwimMAC Carolina is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that offers swimming programs for people of all ages and experience levels. Established as the Mecklenburg Aquatic Club in 1977, we’ve grown from a small competitive team into a highly regarded organization that provides aquatic instruction and training for nearly 10,000 people in the Charlotte region each year. Our mission is to empower young people to be champions in life through excellence in swimming. We are local with state of the art facilities in Charlotte and Huntersville.

As a Swim Instructor you are the first line of defense to help prevent accidental drownings. At SwimMAC Swim School you're part of a team of enthusiastic and talented instructors.

Our swimmers range in age from 6 months to 100+ years of age.

We are looking for highly energetic, creative and fun swim instructors! This is an extremely rewarding position to work with swimmers of all ages. No experience necessary. Paid training included. You are required to be able to swim 25 yards.

Responsibilities:
1. Safety
2. Teaching the SwimMAC curriculum efficiently and effectively.
3. Working with all coaches as part of a team.
