Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Create a positive and welcoming classroom environment that promotes development
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the growing experience
- Provide support to students with special education needs
- Mentor and guide students in their personal development
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, daily activity and behavior
