Swim Team Coach (Part-time Position)

Hours 10-15 hrs approx/wk (varies on season, some weekend meets)

Scheduled Days & Hours Varies with Season M-F 6-8 pm, Some weekend meets, paid stipend/meet.

Salary Starting Range $17 min to start - Increases upon on experience, training & certification

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIRMENTS:
Assist in coaching the RWB Parks & Recreation's Dolphin Swim Club.

Preferred 18 years or older, organized, have excellent communication skills, capable of multi-task assignments, excellent people skills, self motivated, the ability to manage staff/volunteers and able to preform physical labor (lifting, moving etc.) Experience in a similar position and lifeguard certifications preferred but can train.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Coaching for all levvels for competitive team.
• Instructing form, strokes and kicks.
• Communication with to participants and parents.
• Supervise swimmers at meets.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
