Job Description:

As the Flooring Installation Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, builders, and general contractors to schedule the installation of all flooring projects. Your role will involve coordinating and managing the installation process to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. Basic knowledge of floor covering is essential to help determine the required timing for each scheduled project. This position requires strong communication skills, and proficiency in Spanish is a plus. You will also be responsible for reviewing projects with installation crews to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer & Contractor Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, and general contractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Scheduling: Coordinate the installation schedules for all flooring projects, considering the specific needs and timelines of each project.
• Project Coordination: Utilize your basic knowledge of floor coverings to assist in planning and determining the timing for each project.
• Crew Management: Review project details with installation crews to ensure they understand the scope and expectations for each job.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Spanish Language: Understanding Spanish is beneficial for interacting with diverse teams and clients.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of various floor coverings and installation processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage schedules and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in a similar role within the flooring industry is preferred.
