**Job Title: State Club Volleyball Coach**

**Position Overview:**
Sharks Volleyball Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced State Club Volleyball Coach to lead and develop our state-level teams. The ideal candidate will be a passionate coach with a proven track record in volleyball, possessing strong leadership skills and a commitment to player development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Team Coaching:** Design and implement effective practice plans and game strategies to enhance team performance. Conduct regular training sessions, ensuring that players develop their skills and teamwork.
- **Player Development:** Assess and address individual players' needs, providing personalized feedback to improve their technical skills, game understanding, and overall performance.
- **Game Management:** Prepare teams for competitions, including strategic planning, in-game adjustments, and post-game analysis. Manage game-day operations and ensure that players are well-prepared and motivated.
- **Recruitment and Evaluation:** Participate in the recruitment process for new players, including scouting and evaluating talent. Provide feedback on player progress and development.
- **Communication:** Maintain open and effective communication with players, parents, and club management. Provide regular updates on team progress, player performance, and any issues or concerns.
- **Administrative Duties:** Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling practices, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing team equipment. Ensure compliance with club policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience at the club, high school, or collegiate level, preferably with a background in coaching state-level or competitive teams.  But not Mandatory
- **Skills:** Strong knowledge of volleyball techniques, strategies, and rules. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire players.
- **Education:** NOT NEEDED BUT; Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field preferred. Relevant coaching certifications (e.g., USA Volleyball, IMPACT) are a plus.
- **Background Check:** Must pass a background check and adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

**Additional Information:**
- **Schedule:** Availability for evening and weekend practices, games, and tournaments is required.
