FirstSpark is seeking a Mixed Delivery Specialist to coordinate Mixed Delivery services with early learning sites of all types (child care centers, family day homes and preschool programs). The Specialist will administer all aspect of this state developed program, provide instructional and business support and resources to participating sites. An effective candidate will be compliance-driven with great interpersonal skills and deep knowledge of Virginia’s early childhood system especially VQB5 and VKRP.
