Sedona Wellness Cafe, located in the heart of uptown Sedona, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista/Sales Associate. Our cafe is a vibrant hub that not only serves beverages but also offers crystals, readings, energy healing, and yoga classes.

Position: Barista/Sales Associate

Location: Uptown Sedona

Work Hours: Friday-Monday, 8 hours per day

Compensation: $17/hour plus tips and 10% commission on retail sales over $100 (lump sum)

Responsibilities:

• Serve beverages with exceptional customer service

• Assist customers with purchases of crystals and other retail items

• Provide information about our readings, energy healing, and yoga classes

• Maintain a harmonious and welcoming environment

• Organize and maintain the cafe’s retail and service areas

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three referrals from previous work

• Ability to commit to working for at least one year

• Strong sense of responsibility and understanding of the value of harmony

• Excellent organizing skills

• Physically fit to handle the demands of the role
