This is a commercial real estate valuation entry level position.  The firm is seeking applicants interested in the field of real estate to perform data entry and analysis.  On the job training and support will be given.   

Primary Responsibilities to Include:

• Research Public Records
• Data Entry in Various Databases
• Organize Data Files and Photos
• Read Road Plans and Build Maps 
• Read Deeds, Purchase Contracts, Leases, Surveys, and other Real Estate Records
• Formal Writing and Report Development for Commercial Appraisal Reports
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Various Databases, and other Professional Computer Applications   

On the Job Training – No Experience Necessary.
