Job title: Driver/Moving Labor

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Driver/Mover start at $15-17/hour (depending on experience) plus bonus and tips for excellent service. Weekly paychecks. Work in a friendly atmosphere with a great team of co-workers. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Ensure all required equipment and tools are loaded onto the van and do a daily check to ensure everything is in good working order. Work with the team to ensure everyone understands the timelines and scope of the day’s move. Assist customer with any questions or issues. Preparing and arranging items for delivery from warehouse to customer’s home, office, or storage unit. Assist in packing, loading, unloading a variety of household goods, furniture, appliances, office equipment, tools, etc. using various warehouse equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, moving carts and forklift. Ensure no items are damaged while moving by properly wrapping and securing items while packing and loading them into the truck.   

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate will have previous experience in moving large items such as furniture and appliances from one property to another and transporting them safely during their journey to the final destination. General labor experience helpful (warehouse labor, concrete, roofing, landscaping, construction, etc.) and be willing to work hard. Demonstrated ability to lift, maneuver, and safely transport furniture, appliances, and heavy and delicate items. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Know how to pack a moving truck efficiently or be willing to learn. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
