Sperry-Griffin Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Broker Associate to join our team, specializing in the sale of commercial investment properties within the hotel, self-storage, and mobile home/RV park sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate, finance, business, or related sales. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties across the country, collaborating closely with clients to achieve their investment goals.

Sperry-Griffin Partners is based in downtown Greenville, SC and affiliated with Sperry Commercial, a national commercial real estate company with over 67 offices throughout the US. From our Greenville office, the candidate will work within a team of experienced commercial real estate brokers following up on internal company leads and cultivating new relationships with property owners all over the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners, investors, and developers within the hotel, self-storage, and mobile home/RV park sectors.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
  • Evaluate properties, preparing financial analyses, and investment packages for prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Coordinate property tours, inspections, and due diligence processes.
  • Negotiate sale, lease, and acquisition agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory issues affecting commercial real estate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Licensed real estate broker or salesperson (required in SC or another state if relocating).
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on hotel, self-storage, and/or mobile home/RV parks.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles related to real estate investments.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools (e.g., CRM software, financial modeling tools).

Benefits:

  • Company will provide leads direct to Associate and Associate will work within a current national brokerage team.
  • Position is commission based, but with company provided leads enjoy unlimited earning potential in the dynamic field of Commercial Real Estate.

Pay: Commission based with training. Year one depends on how hard candidate works and in following internal sales system and nurturing leads.
