Epworth United Methodist Church is seeking to employ a full-time day school director for their primary day school program (ages 6 weeks through 4 years).  General responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring the delivery of a developmentally appropriate education program centered on Christian values, supervision and evaluation of teachers and staff, ensuring the safety and welfare of staff and students, meeting all city and state licensing requirements, and maintaining positive communications with parents, teachers and staff members.  Minimum requirements are a bachelor's degree in education or qualifying education/experience combination. A master's degree in education is preferred as well as 5 years' experience in day school administration.  Excellent oral/written communication, team building, and interpersonal skills are required as well.  Must also pass a drug test and background check.  Salary is commensurate with education and experience.  Please submit resumes to ------------
