Learn and assist with Narrows Marina Bait and Tackle store operations. Professionally address client’s needs, diligently carry out all assigned tasks, in a fun environment. Perfect fit for a summer job for a college student.

Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Opening and Closing the store.
• Provide outstanding service to our customers.
• Execution of daily tasks; answering phones, cashier, gas sales and fishing/hunting licenses.
• Compliance of company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through the summer season which ends September 2nd.
• Hours would be 8:30am - 6:00pm Friday and Saturday and 8:30am-5:00pm on Sundays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Honest, reliable, and flexible.
Compensation:
• Pay range: $20-$25 depending on skills and experience
