Are you a dynamic and engineering-minded individual with exceptional communication skills? Join our team as an Entry-Level Sales/Service Engineer and help shape the future of the steel industry by working closely with manufacturing and fabrication customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of our various products and their applications in manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing and fabrication sectors.
• Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with our production and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations that showcase the benefits and use of our services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Communicate clearly with everybody around you, customers, coworkers, suppliers and outside contractors.  



Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Studies in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly in a technical or engineering-related industry.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Active Listening Skills: Skilled in listening to and understanding customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Customer Centric: Strong focus on customer service and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective at diagnosing and solving technical issues.
• Collaborative Nature: Ability to work well with production and programming teams to meet customer needs.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay current with industry trends.
• Ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Willingness to travel to customer site and fabrication facilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge or experience in the steel industry and its applications in manufacturing and fabrication.
• Basic understanding of CAD software and manufacturing processes.
• Previous internship or work experience in sales, especially within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
