Job Description:

Orbit Painting and Restoration is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media/Sales Manager. This remote position entails promoting our painting and restoration services through various channels including email, telephone, and social media platforms. Responsibilities also include managing our social media presence and implementing online and media advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate sales leads and close deals through effective communication via email, telephone, and social media.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop and execute online and media advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for social media and other marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.

Preferred Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, sales management, and social media management.
- Strong proficiency in email marketing, tele-marketing, and B2B sales techniques.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and other relevant software platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Compensation:

- Commission structure ranging from 10% to 20% on project sales.
- Benefits and insurance coverage available after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period.
