With hard work comes great rewards! The behavior technician works hands-on with young children to implement treatment programs designed by the BCBA, or 1:1 with individuals and their families or in small groups to systematically assist clients in mastering their program goals. Ensuring a high quality of service requires frequent and ongoing supervision and training for the behavior technician which allows technicians and BCBAs to work and grow together in support of their clients.
