Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented specialist to assist with landscape design, proposal writing, and client presentations. This role requires site visits, the creation of landscape designs and renderings, material takeoff lists, pricing, and professional presentation to property managers and HOA boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits to assess landscape enhancement opportunities.
• Develop creative and functional landscape designs using CAD or similar software.
• Prepare detailed landscape renderings to visualize proposed enhancements.
• Create comprehensive material takeoff lists and accurate pricing estimates.
• Present proposals professionally via email to property managers and HOA boards.
• Map areas for landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and blowing.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless implementation of approved designs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscape design and proposal writing.
• Proficiency in CAD or similar design software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to create accurate material takeoff lists and pricing.
• Ability to map maintenance areas for landscaping tasks.
• Creative mindset with a practical approach to landscape enhancements.
• Previous experience in commercial landscaping is a plus.
