SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Superior Auto Extras is a full-service car wash distributor of automotive accessories, parts and supplies. Family owned and operated since 1991, the company continues to expand in the automotive and car wash sectors. We have offices and warehouses located in Los Angeles, CA and in Memphis, TN.

We are looking to hire an experienced, and driven part-time Sales Representative to service the Nashville, TN area.  This territory requires service approximately 2 to 3 full days per month and has established sales revenue exceeding $75K a year.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducts monthly or bi-monthly customer visits
  • Develop and maintain relationships & dialogue with existing customers 
  • Ability to develop and execute a territory route plan
  • Address customer merchandising needs & inquiries
  • Maintain proper inventory levels for each customer location
  • Organize and prepare retail environment for merchandise
  • Collect product returns and issue credit memos 
  • Present marketing material and catalogs to existing and potential customers
  • Meet and or exceed sales for each location
  • Occasional product resets required
  • Seek out new customers and opportunities while maintaining customer base

Qualifications and skills required:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and confident
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and operate an iPad

Compensation is based on sales and varying commission rate.  The position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor.
