Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Key Holder to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Duties:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
Opening and closing the store daily

  • Managing the store’s security alarm system, including ensuring it’s in perfect condition, enabling it and disabling it when necessary
  • Making sure that the store is always clean and properly organized
  • Attending to customer requests or inquiries in the store, online, and social media
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good interpersonal and people skills
  • Top-notch customer relation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Great with InstaGram and TikTok

Skills:

- Strong sales management skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience in recruiting, training, and supervising staff
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Exceptional phone etiquette for effective communication with customers
