Job Coach hours 28-30 hours.

We are looking for someone motivated and passionate in serving developmentally disabled adults. At Express Workforce Foundation, we work on career training, create/build resumes, conduct mock interviews, find job placement, and once a job is secured, we provide job coaching to assist our individuals in keeping their job, successfully. 

Job Coach Requirements:

- Pass TB and Physical

-Pass Background check (FBI and DOJ)

-Must be First Aid and CPR certified

- Passion for working with intellectually delayed adults

-Team orientated, ability to motivate, lead and direct teams toward accomplishments of goals and objectives

- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form

- Ability to manage and coach clients in an effective manner

- Problem solving skills

- Computer literacy-Word, Excel, Outlook

- Ability to adhere to Monday-Friday 8am-2pm work schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
