We are seeking an experienced Engagement Coordinator Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster meaningful relationships with our physicians, daycares, and community partners. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with experience with private practice, private practice marketing, community outreach projects, heavy emphasis on acquiring new patients, recruiting therapists, and initiating/continuing relationships with our providers and setting up events within the community.

Requirements:

-Marketing/patient care coordinator experience
- Experience in training development and project management.
- Strong background in social media management and volunteer management.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
