Current Openings:

1. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Social Worker (LSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFT-A)
   • Requirements:
     • Must hold a current LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-A license.
     • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
     • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
     • Ability to provide individual, family, and group therapy.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
     • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients across the lifespan.
     • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
     • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
2. Behavioral Assistance
   • Requirements:
     • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
     • Experience working with children and adolescents aged 3-21.
     • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     • Ability to develop and implement behavior management plans.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Provide one-on-one behavioral support to children and adolescents.
     • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to coordinate care.
     • Document progress and adjust interventions as needed.
     • Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
3. School-Based Programs Mental Health Clinician (Full-Time)
   • Requirements:
     • Must hold a current LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-A license.
     • Experience working in a school setting preferred.
     • Strong ability to engage with students, families, and school staff.
     • Capacity to handle crisis situations and provide crisis intervention.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Provide mental health services within a school setting, including individual and group counseling.
     • Develop and implement mental health programs tailored to the needs of the school community.
     • Work collaboratively with school staff to create a supportive environment.
     • Monitor and report on student progress and outcomes.
4. Outpatient Group Counseling Mental Health Clinician
   • Requirements: 
     • Must hold a current LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LMFT-A license.
     • Minimum of two years of experience providing group therapy.
     • Expertise in facilitating therapeutic groups for various populations.
     • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs.
     • Conduct pre-group assessments and create group treatment plans.
     • Evaluate group dynamics and adjust interventions as necessary.
     • Maintain accurate and confidential group notes and records.
