Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and adapt to a diverse customer base
• Knack for technology
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least one year of sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Bilingual is greatly appreciated

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating retail sales of cellular phones and wireless services
• Creating additional sales opportunities through creative marketing
• Continually increasing knowledge of telecommunications products and services
• Handling daily store operations
• Developing and monitoring action plans for the accomplishment of daily/month sales goals
• Maintaining a clean and presentable workplace
• Event Planning and execution
• Telephone marketing to make appointments for customer consultation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
