Duties:

-Help residents transfer as needed
- Perform vital signs measurements, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation levels
- Assist with caregiving tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Navigate and document patient information in electronic health record systems like Point Click Care.
- Apply knowledge of anatomy to accurately locate and identify body structures
 

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program or relevant healthcare training
- Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of common medical abbreviations
- Experience working with electronic health record systems like Point Click Care is preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to perform tasks effectively
- Ability to provide compassionate care to patients in nursing homes or memory care facilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation
