We are seeking a strong Christian leader and highly motivated & experienced Head Coach to join our team. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the team. Must be able to communicate effectively with athletes, parents, coaches, and administration. If you have a passion for coaching and a strong background in Cross Country we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for athletes of all skill levels
- Provide instruction and guidance to athletes during practice sessions and competitions
- Evaluate athlete performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches to develop strategies and game plans
- Monitor athlete progress and make adjustments to training as needed
- Ensure the safety of athletes during practice sessions and competitions
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling practices, arranging transportation, and coordinating competitions
- Maintain open communication with athletes, parents, and staff members
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in coaching techniques

Skills:
- Strong background in distance running and physical education
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Ability to educate athletes on proper techniques and strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff members
- Organizational skills to manage team logistics and schedules
