We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in reaching out to potential clients.

Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for prospecting, reaching out, and building relationships with small business owners seeking debt restructuring solutions. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential clients, identifying their financial challenges, and introducing our tailored debt restructuring services. The successful candidate will be a persuasive communicator, adept at handling objections, and passionate about helping small businesses thrive despite financial difficulties.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential customers' needs and requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
