Account Associate

Salary: $42-45K salary with potential performance-based bonuses

L1 Enterprises is currently seeking an entry-level Account Associate to work onsite at our HQ in downtown Frederick, Maryland. A hybrid telework schedule will be implemented after proper on-site training is completed. While experience is not necessary, the successful candidates must bring exceptional attention to detail with a willingness to learn. This individual will be cross trained on multiple L1 accounts, duties, and processes, so the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and multi-task is essential.
Responsibilities:
• Provide overall office support by assisting the L1 team with a wide variety of daily administrative, customer service, and logistics tasks.
• Routinely access portals to retrieve documents, process orders, submit invoices, and input data.
• Track multi-shipment processes & discrepancies while working with various departments to reconcile.
• Answer general questions/follow-up with customers via phone and email regarding various requests.
• Generate and disseminate multiple reports and statements.
• Perform special projects, reporting tasks, and other duties as assigned by L1 Leadership.
Qualifications:
• Must be computer savvy with demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must demonstrate professional and courteous customer service skills, and work as a part of a team.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy (attention to detail).
• Strong sense of urgency for completing tasks on-time, with the ability to problem-solve complex issues/challenges.
• Must bring a positive attitude with the ability to change directions as business needs dictate.
