• Apply ABA principles in 1:1 and group settings to help clients reach their full potential
• Provide early intervention, social skills, daily living skills and/or job training to clients (service 2-year-olds to adults)
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable goals
• Assist with parent and caregiver training
• Maintain client confidentiality
• Assist BCBA supervisor with assessments
• Collaborate with treatment team
• Work with small caseloads to focus on the individualized care for each client

Requirements

• High school diploma and/or College Degree
• A passion for working with children and adults with disabilities
• An eagerness to be a part of a caring and dedicated team
• A commitment to show up every day (which includes reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license)
