**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in WordPress development, digital marketing, and graphic design, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, creativity, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design & Development

- Design and develop custom websites using WordPress and Elementor Page Builder.

- Customize and manage client WordPress websites and plugins on an on-going basis.

- Manage website hosting and DNS records.

Graphic Design

- Create and edit visual content for websites and marketing materials.

- Design UI elements and ensure best practices in website design, with a strong eye for design.

- Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital platforms.

Digital Marketing

- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve website visibility.

- Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on website performance.

- Manage Google My Business listings and ensure they are up to date.

- Understand how websites integrate into broader digital marketing strategies.

- Manage client’s customer reviews & local listings utilizing third party software

Customer Service & Communication

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

- Present design concepts and marketing strategies clearly to stakeholders.

Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

- Demonstrate strong time management and multi-tasking skills.

- Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor Page Builder.

- Experience with WordPress plugins and website hosting management.

- Strong understanding of website design best practices and UI design.

- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.

- Experience with Google Analytics and Google My Business.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and speaking skills.

- Good customer service skills and the ability to handle client interactions professionally.

- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

- Self-motivated and quick learner.

Nice To Have Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.

- Experience with additional web development tools and platforms.

- Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms.

- Experience in a similar role within the website design or digital marketing industry.
