Location: Sanford, FL (NOT A REMOTE JOB)
Starting Pay: $18/hour + bonuses, 401K, and paid training

What You’ll Do

• Engage in phone sales and customer service, working with existing clients and quoting new customers.
• Follow up on warm leads from search engines, past customers, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customers have a great experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator – You’re confident, clear, and enjoy talking to people.
• Self-motivated – You take initiative and don’t wait for opportunities to come to you.
• Customer-focused – You genuinely care about helping people find the right solutions.
• Basic tech skills – Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and email.
• Bilingual? That’s a plus! Spanish or another language is a bonus.
• Construction knowledge? Also a plus! But not required; we’ll train you.
