Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - $15.00 per hour plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing daily outside, starting after 3 PM
• Study and pass the Public Adjuster licensing test after the 90-day probation period
• Shadow experienced Public Adjusters to learn about the industry
• Meet weekly goals set by the canvassing manager
• Attend daily or weekly training meetings- if needed
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Adapt to evolving industry regulations
• Ensure client satisfaction by maximizing their projects

Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication 
• Experience in all stages of acquisition
• Prior customer service and sales experience
• Knowledge of acquisition support
• Professionalism and composure under stressful situations
• Bilingual speakers are a plus- of all languages
