CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT - Immediate opening for a Chiropractic assistant in Duluth near Gwinnett Place Mall. (24-32 /week) Office hours: Mon, Wed and Fri. 9:00 to 1:00 & 03:00 to 07:00 and every other Saturday 10:00 - 1:00. Potential for more hours if your willing to do outside marketing on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish and have a minimum of 1 year experience working in the medical field, preferably a chiropractic office. Professional appearance and outstanding customer service and communication skills are required. Must be a team player and work well with others. MATURE, DETAIL ORIENTATED, and be able to MULTI TASK. You need to have your own reliable transportation and live within 20-30 minutes from our Duluth office.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting with therapies, answering phones, entering patient information into data base, assisting the doctor, scheduling appointments, referring patients for X-Ray / MRI's and medical referrals to other healthcare providers such as pain management and orthopedic clinics. In addition, posting on social media sites, including Facebook and Instagram. Sending out e-mails from my Linked-In account to personal injury attorney's and paralegals will also be required 2 to 3 hours a week using my database. I already have template e-mails set up.
